Up to date, must all acknowledge as a united nation, that women around the world are still granted their firsts. Women have digressed history to take leaps to greatness that have been kept out of their reach. Despite age, gender, ethnicity, or disability, women have and continue to break the stigma in parts of the world that women are not as capable of the tasks and professions of a man.

Everyday is a prejudicial and fight against the sexism towards women. It is a constant battle for the culture of women to reconstruct a promising future for the generations of women to come, along with breaking generational curses of women degradation. Millions of women around the world come together, not just for the month of March, but 12 months out of the year, 7 days a week, and 24 hours a day, to prove worthy to oneself and the world the ability to succeed as a women figure in society. Women have come together to devise new notions and plans for change to ensure the success of women to happen, time after time.

Numerous ways can young and old women show advocacy for women's rights and stand against sexist stereotypes and conformations. Let's go through some of the methods:

  1. Support all women; set aside color, profession, sexuality, or assumptions of a woman's character.

Often in society we see women judged and discriminated against, due to contrast in lives and position in their community. Women, regardless of ethnicity, workplace, or insignificant of a woman's life should not be a factor in determining her value.

At time, people forget to respect those who make gender transitions and find comfort in representing the sex of a woman. No matter what you were born as or with, all individuals delineated as female give and shall deserve respect; it's that simple.

2. Educate those who know little about the topic.

It's easy to argue with someone who are ill-informed and contend to the need for women to be supported in today's day and age. It is in your best interest to balance the use accurate information and persuasion to eliminate those opposed to women's rights and the historical movement. It takes one voice to shine light on the voices around you to spread powerful knowledge on women principles.

3. Involvement is key.

Find your way to be a part of the fight to equally encourage and in any way, provide moral support for women. It is highly incentivized to work in law enforcement to allow new firsts for women in politics and government. On the other hand, there are various other ways to still first-handedly deal with the issue.

At any age, can you be a leader, particularly for the rights of women. Compose a social media page, peaceful protests, meetings (preferably virtually during this time), impactful performances and demonstrations; all and more are ways to support the cause

Until all women around the world have been granted justice to be a superior, the fight continues. No longer shall society spot those with the potential to be a superlative woman, but take the time to wholeheartedly appreciate and supply the assets needed to exceed beyond the best she can be. Women are cut out to be more than eye-appealing, simply "capable," and withstanding the typical clichés of what a woman does or is supposed to be.

As founder, Olivia Gray, I commend all members of this organization who are women and/or patron for ladies that participate and share female excellence across this platform. It is an honor to see women prosper from this organization and find parts of their identity to reconceive what it truly means to be a woman of power.
